Responsibilities

  • Provide daily application support for both Retail and F&B businesses under TOG.
  • Test, implement, and support systems and applications developed by vendors, such as POS and Microsoft

Dynamics NAV/CRM.

  • Monitor application performance and ensure system quality and stability.
  • Prepare regular application monitoring and performance reports.
  • Coordinate with vendors to support applications and related projects.
  • Develop user guides, FAQs, and other relevant system documentation.
  • Develop and maintain tools and applications to support TOG users.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration (MIS), Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer

Science, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of direct experience in Application Support or Software Support.
  • Strong sense of responsibility with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Service-minded with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Knowledge of retail or F&B business operations, particularly in the retail industry, is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages such as .NET or Java, and database systems such as MS SQL, Oracle,

or equivalent.
